Moral Value Behind the Pandemic Outbreak

As we know, lately our world severe a pandemic caused by coronavirus. The disease called SARS-Cov 2. Of course, a lot of countries get infected by this virus including my country, Indonesia. This condition makes our daily activities changes. All people right now struggle how to avoid getting infected by this virus. So, the Indonesian government instructed to all students including college students to study from home.

Well, for me it is hard to adapt with this situation. Usually, I hang out with my friends every day. Now, I have to do social distancing as the government instructed to avoid getting infected by the virus. Moreover, it is hard to do online assignment since the internet connection is slow in my home area. So, I have to go to my friend’s house when doing assignments.

So far, it is okay for me. I get a lot of lesson from this situation. First, I learnt that cleanliness and hygiene is very important. Start from our hands. Wash your hands properly. If we don’t wash our hands properly, it can harm ourselves and other people. Who knows our hands carry the viruses. Second, my parents always tell me that right now is study from home, not holiday. So, I struggle to adjust my sleep and wake up time. I often misses information because I wake up at noon. Last, I need to pay attention to the social media, especially WhatsApp groups since it have many information. I often misses the information because I rarely pay attention to the social media.
